These terms govern the use of the foryqel.com site operated by Foryqel S.A.S. By browsing the site, you accept these conditions. Read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
1. Purpose
Foryqel operates a real estate crowdfunding platform aimed at residents of the Argentine Republic. The site provides institutional information, presents available projects and allows you to start a conversation with our team. Any actual participation requires separate identification processes and acceptance of specific documents.
2. Nature of the information
The content of the site is merely informative. Historical returns or projections eventually shown do not guarantee future results. No section of the site constitutes a public offering under Article 2 of Law 26,831.
3. Risks
Any participation in real estate projects involves risks, including the potential partial or total loss of the contribution. These risks may derive from macroeconomic factors, construction delays, regulatory changes, cost increases or external factors. We recommend analysing each project with your own criteria and, if necessary, consulting an independent advisor.
4. Intellectual property
The Foryqel name, logo, texts, images, illustrations and code of the site are owned by Foryqel S.A.S. or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use is allowed. Any reproduction, distribution or public communication requires prior written authorisation.
5. User conduct
The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, morals, public order and these Terms. In particular, the user will refrain from attempting to access restricted areas, introducing malicious code or impersonating third parties.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foryqel shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunities arising from the use of the site, except for demonstrated wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes
We may modify these Terms when necessary. We will publish the updated version indicating the date of the latest modification. Continued use of the site after the change implies acceptance of the new version.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
