Last updated: 3 February 2026
At Foryqel S.A.S. we treat your personal data as if it were our own. This document describes what information we collect when you visit foryqel.com, why we use it, on which legal basis and which rights you can exercise at any time.
1. Data controller
Foryqel S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71735842-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1345, Floor 8, Suite B, CABA (C1043AAZ), Argentina. You can reach us at contacto@foryqel.com. We comply with Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and its regulations, and we apply GDPR-equivalent standards where applicable.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to share when filling in the contact form: full name, email address and the message you write. In addition, if you allow it through our cookie banner, we obtain technical browsing metrics (device type, pages visited, session duration).
3. Purposes
Personal data is used to reply to your enquiry, to send you information about related projects only if you explicitly ask for it, to improve the site experience and, if you grant consent, to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns via Google Ads under Consent Mode v2.
4. Legal basis
Form data is processed on the basis of your free and informed consent, expressed when submitting the message. Non-essential cookies are activated only if you expressly accept each category from the banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time without retroactive effects.
5. Retention
We keep contact data for as long as necessary to attend your enquiry and up to 24 months afterwards. Once that period ends, data is irreversibly deleted, unless the law requires us to retain it for longer.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell nor transfer your personal data. We may share information with strictly necessary providers (for example, email services and advertising metrics such as Google Ads) under agreements that guarantee confidentiality and limited use to the declared purposes.
7. Data subject rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, as well as to oppose specific processing operations. To exercise these rights, write to contacto@foryqel.com detailing your request. The Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP) is the competent supervisory authority.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from losses, unauthorised access or alteration. No system is infallible, but we continually work to minimise risks.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational or regulatory changes. We will notify substantial changes via a visible notice on the site. The last update date is shown at the top of this document.
